Originally, I ordered my regular tops/sweater size of Large but ended up returning it for a Small - the large was SO baggy and the sleeves were very long; the small was still nice and loose, but fit me perfectly. I would suggest getting your normal size if you do want a very baggy sweater, but otherwise I would size down.
