I never buy a swim suit without going into a store and trying on several styles and different sizes. Usually I will size up for swim suits. I wear an 8 in most clothes, and decided to buy a medium in this suit. It fits perfectly. The tankini is the right length and width, and the bottoms are snug but not tight. I have several swim suits and even my husband favors this one. :)
